Intelligence testing is typically requested for the purpose of school admissions or to ensure appropriate educational placements for students. While our services can be sought for other purposes, the decision to conduct intelligence testing beyond the scope of school admissions is made on a case-by-case basis.

Testing is particularly intended for pre-school and school-aged students seeking admission to certain private schools or for admission to gifted and talented programs. The WPPSI-IV, WISC-V, or WAIS-IV are typically administered, although alternative measures are also available when necessary (e.g., Stanford Binet-5, DAS-II, RIAS-2, KBIT-2).

If your child has been administered the test within the past calendar year, they are ineligible for retesting until a full calendar year has elapsed from their previous evaluation.

The cost of testing is a flat rate fee of $500 and includes a brief pre-interview with parent(s), testing administration/scoring, same day feedback with parent(s), and same day brief report sent to parent(s) and requested schools.
